Refund policy

Warranty Returns

 

• Yuvvan will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt of items.
• Customers will be required to pay for the return shipping.
• Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Yuvvan to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
• Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the refund to your payment method.
• Refund will be initiated only if the product has a manufacturing defect, which will be checked by the YUVVAN quality team.
• The refund process will initiate within 2-10 working days of receiving the request at our Head Office (Ludhiana) and upon refund approval from the quality team depending on the mode of payment, after deducting a shipping cost.

Right to Refuse Refund

1. If a returned product is not in a resalable condition or fails to meet the return criteria mentioned above, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
2. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the available options:

• Returning the product back to you (shipping charges will be borne by you).
• Alternatively, we will donate this item as per our internal policy.
